Support Our Mission

Why Support YWLF?

YWLF Members enhance their executive development among a tight cohort to draw from shared experiences and the perspectives of senior executives across industries, generations and affinities. Peer networking provides each cohort a safe space to engage with “women like me,” both in-person through quarterly speaker events and an Annual Fall Retreat, as well as anytime through secure digital channels. YWLF encourages members to deploy their knowledge and skills to more peers outside the group, generating greater retention in this specific community of future executive leaders. At their discretion, alumni typically remain involved well beyond when their cohort ends.

As a YWLF sponsor, your organization will be offered one Young Women Leaders Forum membership for a high-trajectory female leader that you nominate to represent your organization. This YWLF member, nominated by you, will receive all the benefits of a full YWLF membership. Through sponsorship, your organization will also have the opportunity to market to a highly sought-after group of high-achieving and career-driven women.

MEMBER SPONSOR

Add a woman from your organization to our group. Nominate one to three eligible women from your organization, and we’ll select one to join our upcoming Young Women Leadership Forum cohort.

  • Ongoing professional development and networking opportunities for the selected candidate

SPEAKER EVENT SPONSOR

Sponsor a speaker event for current and/or alumni YWLF cohorts. Your organization selects the location and speaker.

  • (1) YWLF event hosted by your organization, speaker and location selected by you

Support annual retreat programming and connectivity for YWLF current and alumni classes.

Contributions to Young Women Leader’s Forum qualify as tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
