How we began

Our organization’s history

In 2016, two people who are passionate about women’s leadership and supporting women’s career advancement randomly sat next to each other at an event in Atlanta. In that chance encounter, they decided there was a need for a new kind of organization to support women leaders in Atlanta. At that moment, the Young Women Leaders Forum was born.
