What’s included in my YWLF membership?
YWLF provides members with a low-cost membership that has a manageable time commitment as compared to many other community leadership organizations. Unlike other groups or programs, development topics are thoughtfully curated for high-achieving and career-driven women who have been identified as future executives and leaders in their community.
Speaker Events:
Members are exclusively offered several speaker events throughout the year featuring the most distinguished business leaders and speakers in the local community. These speaker events cover a range of topics from career advancement and leadership development and are specifically curated to inspire our group of high-potential women leaders. During these sessions, cohorts form tight connections as they draw from shared experiences across industries, generations and affinities.This benefit provides members intimate interaction with senior executives across several industries and functions.
Networking Events:
YWLF members can attend various member-only networking events throughout the year. Our social events allow members to expand their professional network, build relationships with like-minded women professionals and get more involved within the local community.
Annual Retreat
Our Annual Retreat is a weekend-long event for our YWLF members and active alumni. Retreat programming includes workshops, speaker sessions and dedicated networking times for members to dive deeper into essential topics and leave with stronger relationships. This accelerated weekend of development and connection is a YWLF member favorite.
Proprietary Knowledge Base:
Upon joining YWLF, members gain access to an online community to interact with like-minded young women professionals across all of our chapters. Our online community provides members with 24/7 access to essential discussions around being a woman in the workplace, job postings and an inspiring network of women leaders - both current and active alumni.
